Whether you’re new or already part of the club, we’d love to hear from you.
Our recreational gymnastics programs build confidence, coordination, and a love of movement.
Community is at the heart of CHRG and everything we do. Through sport, we bring people together - creating welcoming spaces where everyone feels supported and a genuine sense of belonging. But our role doesn’t stop at the pitch or the court. We’re here to support our community beyond sport too, nurturing wellbeing, connection, and confidence in everyday life. Building on our proud legacy of veteran support, we continue to grow meaningful relationships that now reach across our entire community, encouraging everyone to learn, grow, and be their best.
Our venues bring people together through dining, entertainment, sport, and recreation - creating shared experiences and a strong sense of community for every kind of member.
Our seniors classes are designed to support active living through safe, enjoyable and purposeful movement.
These sessions focus on improving strength, balance, mobility and coordination — helping make everyday activities feel easier and more comfortable. Exercises are guided and adaptable, allowing participants to move at their own pace while building confidence and maintaining independence.
Each class combines gentle strength work, mobility exercises and low-impact movement in a supportive and social environment. The focus is on consistency, enjoyment and feeling good through movement, rather than intensity or pressure.
Become part of a community where fitness, swimming, and gymnastics support lifelong movement and wellbeing. Our club is designed to help members of all ages build confidence, stay active, and feel connected.
