Fitness, tumbling & real momentum

Designed for ages 12–17, this program welcomes beginners through to advanced participants who want to build skills, improve fitness and stay active in a positive, social environment.

Each 90-minute session delivers a balanced mix of structured gymnastics training and free time. Participants develop tumbling skills - from round-offs and handstands through to more advanced combinations - while strengthening coordination, agility and overall fitness.

Sessions include guided coaching across floor, vault, bars, beam, and trampoline, alongside boot-camp–style fitness circuits that build endurance and core strength. Supervised free time allows teens to practise the skills of their choice, receive coaching and feedback, and build confidence in a safe, supportive setting.

The result is focused training with room to move - helping teens stay motivated, connected and strong while developing lifelong healthy movement habits.
