The Aqua Pool hosts a range of water-based classes designed to keep movement varied, engaging and effective. Sessions focus on combining resistance, movement and low-impact training to deliver a full-body workout in a supportive environment.

Outside of scheduled classes, the pool is available for casual use. It’s a comfortable space for gentle exercise, recovery, or simply spending time in the water.
