The Stretch Area is a simple, dedicated space on the gym floor for warming up, cooling down and improving mobility.

Alongside open space for stretching, the area includes Kinesis machines that support controlled, low-impact movement. These are ideal for mobility work, light strength and preparing your body before training.

It’s a practical space to use before, during or after your workout - helping you move more comfortably and get more out of your session.
