Designed for adults aged 55 and over, this strength and movement program focuses on helping you stay active, mobile and confident in everyday life.

Sessions are guided by qualified coaches and tailored to individual ability levels, ensuring exercises feel both achievable and effective. The program supports improved strength, coordination and balance - helping make daily activities like climbing stairs, lifting, bending and reaching feel easier and more comfortable.

Each class combines purposeful movement with a welcoming, social environment. Whether you’re maintaining an active lifestyle or returning to exercise, this program encourages steady progress in a supportive setting.

It’s about building strength that supports independence, mobility that sustains confidence, and movement that enhances quality of life.
