JUNIOR SQUAD

Junior Squad is designed for swimmers who are ready to move beyond Pre Squad and begin more structured training.

This program focuses on developing stroke efficiency, building endurance and introducing consistent training habits across all strokes. Swimmers refine their technique while improving speed, coordination and overall fitness in a supportive and motivating environment.

Sessions introduce longer swimming sets, more structured programming and an understanding of how to train effectively. Swimmers also continue developing turns, dives and lane awareness, building confidence in a squad setting.

Junior Squad supports both fitness and progression pathways, helping swimmers become more independent while enjoying the social and physical benefits of squad training.
