Community is at the heart of CHRG and everything we do. Through sport, we bring people together - creating welcoming spaces where everyone feels supported and a genuine sense of belonging. But our role doesn’t stop at the pitch or the court. We’re here to support our community beyond sport too, nurturing wellbeing, connection, and confidence in everyday life. Building on our proud legacy of veteran support, we continue to grow meaningful relationships that now reach across our entire community, encouraging everyone to learn, grow, and be their best.

The foam pit is where confidence grows with every jump. Designed as a safe, supportive space to explore movement, it allows gymnasts to practise new skills, build coordination, and push their limits without pressure.
Soft foam blocks cushion every landing, creating an environment where progress feels playful and mistakes become part of the journey. From first flips to refining advanced skills, the pit encourages curiosity, courage, and creativity in movement.
Coaches use the space to help athletes break down techniques, develop body awareness, and gain confidence step by step. It’s a place where effort is celebrated and every attempt counts.
