Strong Bones is a guided strength program designed for older adults looking to improve muscle strength, bone health and overall mobility in a safe and supportive environment.

This non-impact circuit-based class uses specialised Kinesis weight machines to provide controlled, low-impact resistance training. Each session includes a gentle warm-up, targeted strength exercises and a guided cool-down, helping participants move comfortably while building strength and stability.

The program focuses on improving bone density, enhancing balance and supporting everyday movement — making daily activities feel easier and more confident.

Led by experienced instructors, Strong Bones offers a welcoming space to stay active, build resilience and support long-term health through consistent, purposeful movement.
