A full-body strength and flexibility class blending yoga postures with Pilates-inspired core work, using the large fit ball as the central prop. The ball adds support for some poses and challenge for others — engaging deep stabilisers and building strength, balance and mobility throughout. Small balls may also be used for targeted work.
