My coaching is built around creating measurable progress through structure, precision, and consistency.

With a background in strongman, powerlifting, trampoline gymnastics, and years of coaching experience, I use evidence-based training and nutrition strategies to help clients build muscle, lose body fat, increase strength, and improve overall performance.

I work with everyone from beginners building confidence in the gym through to experienced lifters wanting more direction and accountability in their training. My focus is on proper technique, sustainable habits, and long-term results.

Coaching is available both face-to-face and online, providing ongoing support and structure inside and outside the gym.
